FAMILIAR FACE SET TO RETURN TO THE RETRO RALLYCROSS STAGE

Retro Rallycross are delighted to confirm that Marc Griffin will be returning to the Ripla Retro Rallycross Challenge at Pembrey on July 27. Upon hearing the news, Team Principal Shirley Gibson said ” Marc is a very popular member of our Team and has been missed by his fellow Team Mates during the first half of the season, we are all looking forward to welcoming him back and he couldn’t be joining us at a better time, Pembrey is where we will celebrate our second anniversary”.

Driving his Ford Fiesta, Marc will be joined on track by his fellow rivals; Ray Morgan– Escort MK3, the two fabulous Mini’s of Lance Foster and Ian Biagi, Paul Smith – VW Polo and Barry Stewart who has finally got his Gearbox problems sorted. News from the RGV Workshops are that the 6R4 engine is now in one piece and back in the Rob Gibson car, providing there are no last minute Drama’s the Cheshire driver should also be coming out to play.

No James Harrold for this one, he is staying at home as he and Katie eagerly await the arrival of their second child due to be born in the next few days. Best of luck to James and Katie, your Team Mates will be thinking of you and look forward to hearing news of the arrival of our Retro Rallycross Baby No.2.
